No new contracts. SODAX’s LightLink spoke contracts are already live; your entire integration is TypeScript. Your users sign ordinary EVM transactions on LightLink, and SODAX coordinates cross-network execution, routing, and recovery behind the scenes.
Two things to know on LightLink
To the SDK, LightLink is a standard EVM network (chain ID 1890): the same wallet provider, approvals, and intent flow apply as on any other EVM network. Two details trip people up:- Gas is paid in ETH, including for SODAX transactions. ETH is LightLink’s native gas token; LL is an ERC-20 token. LightLink’s Enterprise Mode lets a project cover its users’ gas for contracts it registers, but SODAX’s SDK sends LightLink transactions as standard EVM transactions with no Enterprise Mode handling, so your users need ETH on LightLink to sign.
.LLassets use 18 decimals. Assets from other networks appear on LightLink as.LLtokens, such as BTC.LL and SOL.LL, and each uses 18 decimals whatever the asset uses on its home network. Bitcoin’s BTC uses 8; BTC.LL uses 18. Build every amount fromtoken.decimals.
What you can build
Two SODAX modules are relevant to LightLink builders:Swaps
Intent-based cross-network swaps. Users swap between ETH or LightLink tokens and assets on any supported network with one signed transaction on LightLink. Solvers fill; SODAX routes and settles.
Money Market
Cross-network lending and borrowing. Supply from LightLink, borrow to LightLink or any other supported network, and manage positions without running lending infrastructure.

Scope and build with AI
Point your AI coding assistant at the SODAX Builders MCP and it gains live access to the whole SODAX System: supported chains and tokens, real swap quotes, money market rates, intent history, and these docs. It works in Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and any other MCP-capable client. In this section
