No new contracts. SODAX’s BNB Chain spoke contracts are already live; your entire integration is TypeScript. Your users sign ordinary EVM transactions on BNB Smart Chain, and SODAX coordinates cross-network execution, routing, and recovery behind the scenes.
Two things to know on BNB Chain
BNB Chain (BNB Smart Chain, chain ID 56) takes the standard SODAX EVM path: the sameEvmWalletProvider as every other EVM network, ERC-20 approvals for tokens, no approval for native BNB, and no chain-specific handling in the SDK. BNB is the gas token, with 18 decimals. The differences are in the token list:
- Stablecoins use 18 decimals. USDC and USDT on BNB Chain have 18 decimals, where most other networks use 6. Most other tokens SODAX lists on BNB Chain use 18 as well. Build every amount from
token.decimalsof the token on the network it lives on, and never carry a decimal count from one network to another. See Decimals across networks. - Some SODAX symbols differ from the on-chain symbol. The Binance-Peg ETH token reports
ETHon-chain, but SODAX lists it asETHB, alongsideBTCB. Look tokens up by the SODAX symbol, or better, by address.
What you can build
Two SODAX modules are relevant to BNB Chain builders:Swaps
Intent-based cross-network swaps. Users swap between BNB or BEP-20 tokens and assets on any supported network with one signed transaction on BNB Chain. Solvers fill; SODAX routes and settles.
Money Market
Cross-network lending and borrowing. Supply from BNB Chain, borrow to BNB Chain or any other supported network, and manage positions without running lending infrastructure.

Scope and build with AI
Point your AI coding assistant at the SODAX Builders MCP and it gains live access to the whole SODAX System: supported chains and tokens, real swap quotes, money market rates, intent history, and these docs. It works in Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and any other MCP-capable client. In this section
